7. You continue to grow your business and act like the business is not for sale.
8. We meet with qualified buyers in our office. Once they have signed a Non Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement and we have qualified their ability and desire to purchase your company, we present them with the Confidential Memorandum, the "Book" about your business. We then set a time to tour the business during closed hours.
9. If the Buyer has further interest, we will provide them with Seller generated financials for consideration and formulation of an initial offer.
